1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MOLT ("Service"), operated by GazeFi AI LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service at agent.molt.direct, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. By creating an account or deploying AI agents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
MOLT provides a platform for deploying AI-powered agents across messaging channels. Core features include:
- One-Click Bot Deployment: Deploy AI agents to Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp in under one minute
- AI Model Selection: Choose from leading AI models including Claude, GPT, and Gemini
- Managed Infrastructure: Cloud server provisioning and management
- Real-Time Dashboard: Monitor bot performance, message counts, and status
- 24/7 Availability: Bots remain active around the clock
3. Account Registration
Authentication is handled via passwordless email verification. To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your email account and any verification codes
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Bot Ownership: Only deploy bots for channels and platforms you own or have authorization to use
- Content Compliance: Ensure all content processed by your bots complies with applicable laws
- API Credentials: Securely manage any channel tokens or API keys provided to the Service
- Fair Use: Use the Service in accordance with our resource limits and acceptable use policies
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Service operates on a subscription model:
- Pricing: $79 per month for managed bot deployment
- Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring charges via Stripe
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds: Generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Price Changes: We will provide 30 days' notice before implementing any price increases
- Service Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. The Service is provided without any service-level agreement (SLA) unless separately agreed upon in writing
6. Intellectual Property
- Platform IP: The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by GazeFi AI LLC
- User Content: You retain ownership of any content, prompts, or configurations you create
- License to Process: You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for Service delivery
- Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions may be used by us without compensation
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Deploy bots that distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with Service infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Violate the terms of connected platforms (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp)
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that consumes disproportionate resources
- Deploy bots that generate, store, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
- Use the Service to conduct surveillance, harassment, or stalking of any individual
8. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Liability
The Service allows you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers ("User-Provided Keys"). By using this feature:
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security, validity, and billing associated with your User-Provided Keys
- No Liability: GazeFi AI LLC is not liable for any charges, data exposure, or service disruptions resulting from the use of your User-Provided Keys
- Encryption: We encrypt User-Provided Keys at rest and in transit, but you acknowledge that providing keys to any third-party service carries inherent risk
- Revocation: You may revoke or rotate your keys at any time through the respective AI provider's dashboard
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service facilitates deployment of AI-powered agents that generate content autonomously. You acknowledge and agree that:
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for any particular purpose
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, moderating, and ensuring the appropriateness of all content generated by your deployed bots
- No Endorsement: GazeFi AI LLC does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any AI-generated content
- Third-Party Provider Terms: AI-generated content is subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of the underlying AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google)
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers:
- Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's terms)
- Cloud Infrastructure: Server provisioning and management
- AI Providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini)
- Messaging Platforms: Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp APIs
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Data Processing
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
- Bots will achieve any specific performance or availability targets
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected within any specific timeframe
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAZEFI AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GazeFi AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content generated, processed, or distributed through your bots
- Your use of User-Provided API Keys (BYOK)
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be determined by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
16. Termination
- By You: Cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice
- Effect: Upon termination, your bots will be stopped and server resources deallocated within a reasonable timeframe
- Data: Data retention and deletion handled per our Privacy Policy
- Survival: Sections relating to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property shall survive termination
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Force Majeure
GazeFi AI LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers (including AI providers, cloud infrastructure, and payment processors).
19. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GazeFi AI LLC regarding the Service
- Waiver: No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction
